More About Me

I have an ideal background for real estate on the buying side and especially on the selling side.  I spent 2 years as a carpenter during college to help pay for my marketing degree, so I actually know how houses are built.  I then spent 25+ years as a corporate sales executive receiving extensive training and always placing in the top 10% thanks to exceptional negotiating skills.  Prior to becoming an agent, I started my own successful home staging business here in the South Bay.  Check us out at thekinhome.com. Now I help my own clients get top dollar and sell their houses quicker thanks to our amazing work.  And thanks to this business, I have a designer who also helps my clients with updating ideas/solutions that provide beautiful results…and always with value in mind.  To top it off, one of my good friends is a well known contractor in the area who provides my clients with terrific service and special pricing to ensure we get to work together.  We even offer the option to pay for your updates when the home sells.
